&lt;P&gt;Este cred cea mai buna optiune in acest sezon. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Ingrediente: &lt;A href="http://ronua.ro/CS/photos/devlifestyle_photos/picture209226.aspx" target=_blank&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR&gt;- 1 salata la punga &lt;BR&gt;- 1 rosie&lt;BR&gt;- 1 ardei sau gogosar&lt;BR&gt;- o mana de ciuperci crude &lt;BR&gt;- cateva felii de praz sau ceapa rosie &lt;A href="http://ronua.ro/CS/photos/devlifestyle_photos/picture209225.aspx" target=_blank&gt;&lt;IMG hspace=5 src="http://ronua.ro/CS/photos/devlifestyle_photos/images/209225/secondarythumb.aspx" align=right border=0&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Se adauga toate aceste ingrediente si se amesteca cu 2 linguri (eu pun ochiometric) de ulei de masline, sare si piper in trei culori proaspat rasnit.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Imi place sa mananc la aceasta salata ciabata cu masline plus-minus cascaval.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Se fierb spaghetele in apa cu sare.&lt;BR&gt;Separat se pregatesc ciupecile. Eu le spal bine si le tai in doua. Le calesc apoi intr-o tigaie cu 1 lingura de ulei de masline.&lt;BR&gt;Pentru sos incalzesc intr-o tigaie cu o lingurita de ulei branza topita si o amestec cu smantana. O tin pe foc doar cat compozitia devine cremoasa.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Intr-un vas cu o lingura de ulei de masline se pun spaghetele, sosul si ciupercile, sare, piper si busuioc.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;- o ceapa - se taie marunt&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt; &lt;A href="http://ronua.ro/CS/photos/devlifestyle_photos/picture209221.aspx" target=_blank&gt;&lt;IMG src="http://ronua.ro/CS/photos/devlifestyle_photos/images/209221/secondarythumb.aspx" align=right border=0&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR&gt;-&amp;nbsp;1 pastarnac - l-am gasit prin frigider si am hotarat sa pun capat singuratatii lui &amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;&lt;BR&gt;- 2 morcovi mari - taiati rondele&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;&lt;BR&gt;- o telina mica taiata marunt&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;&lt;BR&gt;- 1 gogosar taiat marunt&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;&lt;BR&gt;- &amp;nbsp;1 ardei capia taiat marunt&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;&lt;BR&gt;-&amp;nbsp;cateva felii subtiri de praz &amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;Toate aceste ingrediente se calesc cu putin ulei si apa timp de 20 minute. Se adauga apoi 5 cartofi taiati cubulete si se completeaza cu apa. Dupa ce cartofii s-au fiert, se adauga bulion. Dupa 10 minute se stinge focul si se adauga o mana de patrunjel si leustean, sare si piper. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Ciorba e gata. Pofta mare. Se serveste cu smantana.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Dupa ce cartofii s-au fiert se racesc varianta naturala :) (eu ii scot pe pervaz la 1-2 grade C cat e acum afara) si apoi se taie bucati mari. Se amesteca cu ardeiul felii, catraveciorii taiati si ei felii, ceapa cat mai subtire, maslinele, sare, piper, ulei de masline (neaparat de masline) frunzele de patrunjel.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;- 1 cana si jumatate de orez fiert in 3 cani de apa (se pune la masina de fiert orez si cu siguranta nu se prinde)&lt;BR&gt;-1 ardei capia potrivit&lt;BR&gt;-1 ardei gras potrivit&lt;BR&gt;-1 ceapa mare&lt;BR&gt;-2 morcovi&lt;BR&gt;-1 pastarnac&lt;BR&gt;-3 capatani de usturoi&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In 4 linguri de ulei se calesc legumele si dupa aceea se pun impreuna cu orezul intr-o tava la cuptor si se adauga 1/2 cana apa. Se mai adauga sare, piper si boia. Se lasa 20 de minute la foc potrivit si se adauga apoi patrunjelul tocat marunt.&lt;/P&gt;
