09:15 – 10:30 - Unleash the power of state machines workflows
Descriere: Most people start their workflow career using sequential workflows. While sequential workflows are powerful and easy to get started with there is a second type, the state machine workflow, which is even more powerful. A state machine workflow is all about creating very flexible and event driven workflows, something far more common than the more rigid sequential workflows. In this session Maurice will demonstrate how to get started with state machine workflows. During this session you will see why you might prefer state machine over sequential workflows and when which type is more appropriate.

Descriere: With the .NET 3.5 Windows Workflow Foundation release we only got 2 new activities, the SendActivity and the ReceiveActivity. At first glance that might not seem like a big deal but these two activities unleash the power of Windows Communication Foundation on Windows Workflow Foundation. But with a lot of power comes a lot of responsibility and using these activities can sometimes be a little harder than we might have hoped for. In this session Maurice will show how to use these activities and show some of the things you might want to avoid doing.

Descriere: In cadrul acestei prezentari Andrei isi propune sa porteze unei aplicatii ASP.NET de afisare de cursuri valutare, www.infovalutar.ro, de la .NET 1.1 la ASP.NET MVC. Se vor trece in revista principalele avantaje/probleme referitor la aceasta trecere, iar ca si tehnologii se vor utiliza ASP.NET MVC, Linq 2 SQL, C# 3.0 Extensions, cu accent pe teste automate si cum se face debug pentru ASP.NET MVC.

Live Meeting: .NET Framework 3.5 Episodul 2 – Detalii de CLR, programare pe Windows si suita Office
Descriere: Ne propunem la aceasta intalnire sa discutam despre .NET Framework 3.5 mai in detaliu. Vom vedea impreuna care sunt noutatile aduse la nivel de platforma, incepand cu CLR si vom acoperi cateva scenarii de dezvoltare de aplicatii Windows si pentru suita Office. Pentru dezvoltarea aplicatiilor pentru Windows, vom acoperi Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) si interoperabilitatea cu Win32 si Windows Forms, iar pentru suita Office vom trece in revista integrarea WPF in Office, dar vom vedea si un exemplu de integrare intre InfoPath si Windows Sharepoint Services \ Sharepoint Server.

Live Meeting: Introducere in dezvoltarea de aplicatii pe platforma Windows Mobile
Descriere: La aceasta intalnire virtuala, Catalin isi propune sa descrie platforma Windows Mobile atat pentru incepatori, dar si pentru cei cu experienta de dezvoltare pe ea. Vom vedea ce aduce nou Windows Mobile 6.1 si 6.5 si cum ne ajuta in procesul de dezvoltare VisualStudio 2008. Fara a intra in prea multe detalii, vom vedea cateva comparatii cu alte platforme de dezvoltare pentru dispozitive mobile.
